By submitting a request, approving a quote, making payment, or accepting delivery, Customer agrees to the following terms.
Standard rental includes up to seven (7) calendar days unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional rental days are billed at $25 per day and are subject to availability.
A $100 reservation deposit is required to reserve a delivery date and will be applied toward the standard $350 rental price. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery unless otherwise approved in writing. Additional charges may be invoiced after pickup.
Each rental includes disposal of up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs.).
Municipal Solid Waste / Household Debris: Additional weight is billed at $0.08 per pound over the included 2,000-pound allowance.
Construction & Demolition Debris: Construction and demolition materials, including drywall, lumber, roofing materials, flooring, cabinets, concrete, brick, tile, and similar debris, are subject to different disposal costs. Loads containing C&D debris that exceed the included allowance will incur a $45 Construction Debris Handling Fee plus $0.08 per pound over the included allowance.
Customers are responsible for accurately describing the intended contents of the dumpster. GSP Disposal reserves the right to classify materials based on the actual contents of the container and/or the disposal facility's classification. All loads are weighed at a certified disposal facility. A copy of the certified scale ticket will be provided upon request.
Base rental pricing includes delivery and pickup within GSP Disposal's standard service area. Locations outside the standard service area may incur an additional trip fee, which will be disclosed prior to scheduling.
Trip fees may apply for customer-requested relocation, failed delivery attempts, failed pickup attempts, blocked access, unsafe access, gated access, soft or muddy conditions, return trips, or waiting time exceeding normal service conditions. If GSP Disposal arrives and cannot safely complete delivery or pickup due to site conditions or customer circumstances, a trip fee of up to $125 per occurrence may be assessed.
Customer is responsible for selecting a safe, accessible placement location. Dumpsters are heavy and may cause damage to asphalt, concrete, gravel, grass, irrigation systems, utilities, landscaping, driveways, curbs, or underground conditions. Protective boards may reduce but do not eliminate risk. GSP Disposal is not responsible for surface damage resulting from normal delivery, placement, loading, or pickup.
Dumpsters may not be placed on public streets unless Customer obtains all required permits and written approval in advance. Customer assumes responsibility for fines, towing, violations, or removal costs.
Materials must remain below the top edge of the container. Customer must not overload the container and must maintain safe access for delivery and pickup.
Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, paint, batteries, tires, fuels, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, radioactive materials, propane tanks, liquids, and any prohibited landfill items are not allowed unless approved in writing. Batteries require prior notice and will be billed at $10 per battery if accepted.
Customer is responsible for damage to dumpsters resulting from fire, burning materials, unauthorized relocation, overloading, equipment abuse, theft, or vandalism while in Customer possession.
Customer authorizes GSP Disposal to capture and retain photographs of placement conditions, container condition, pickup condition, and contents. Photos may be used for billing disputes, operational records, claim resolution, and marketing purposes.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable once delivery scheduling is confirmed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSP Disposal's liability shall not exceed amounts paid by Customer for the applicable rental.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
